Of course, there will be a general atmosphere that emerges from the kind of films people were given to chop up, which largely come form my own collected films. But, I was super impressed by how people used what they had.
It was necessary to make loops due to the time frame we were working in as initially I was thinking people would make 2 or 3 minute long sections. But, as this was taking too long I decided we could run 3 projectors and add filters and lenses and the kinds of things you can do with live performances.
